The Aurora Regional Fire Museum is pleased to host the 4th annual gingerbread FIREhouse contest, exhibition, and charity raffle for the holidays. All entries must depict a firefighting themed architectural structure, (a firehouse, burning building, etc.) -- real or imaginary. Participants are invited to compete in one of two divisions:
• Adult Division: Gingerbread entries made by adult indiduals or groups (where most of the work was completed by adults who are over the age of 18).
• Junior Division: an entry made by an indidual, famly, school, scout, or other group (where most of the work was completed by individuals under the age of 18).
The exhibit opens, and the entries will be judged on Saturday, November 24, 2012. Cash and prizes will be awarded for both Peoples Choice and Judges Choice in each division.
