Gingerbread FIREhouse Contest Sponsorship Info
The Aurora Regional Fire Museum is pleased to host the 4th annual Gingerbread FIREhouse Contest, exhibition, and charity raffle and we are looking for your help in making this event a success. Typically we do not charge a fixed admission rate during this family oriented holiday event -- relying instead on sponsors and whatever money might be left in our donation-box. In return for your support, you will receive several great opportunities to promote your businesses or organization.
Last year more than 350 people -- primarily families -- visited the museum and saw the nine gingerbread firehouses on display during the exhibit's three-week run (see a video from last year, and learn more about the event here). In November and December of 2011 the Aurora Regional Fire Museum's website received over 3,000 hits on the homepage, and well over 1,300 hits on the gingerbread page (where “Sugar-n-Spice” sponsors are listed). The fire museum's Facebook page has nearly 1,000 fans/followers, and a Youtube videos featuring the 2009 and 2010 Gingerbread Firehouse contest entries and sponsors have almost 1,000 viewers -- and counting.
We are looking for businesses and organizations to become event sponsors -- partners -- at the following levels:
• "Sugar and Spice" Sponsor - $200
Title sponsor(s) for the event which includes your name and/or logo listed on ALL pre and post event printed and non-printed materials. (For example: all event signs and banners, marketing materials, the museum's website, the event's Facebook page, any Youtube videos -- this level is all inclusive)
• "Lollypop" Sponsor - $100
Your name listed on a sign within the exhibit room (more than 350 visitors last year), and on the museum's gingerbread contest website (over 1,300 viewers last year).
• "Gumdrop" Sponsor - $50
Your name listed on a sign within the exhibit room, and on opening day event materials.
While the contest and exhibit officially open on Nov. 24, 2012, the advance marketing for gingerbread entries has already begun, so act now to maxhe imize your public exposure!
