Structural repairs
to our basement
During the course of planning this project, severe structural deterioration was found in the concrete beams that make up our basement foundation. .
Interior renovation work
(first floor)
The building's original front staircase was reconstructed, the apparatus room floor was resurfaced, the wood tongue-and-groove walls were refinished, and new electrical wiring and exhibit lighting was installed.
Interior renovation work
(second floor)
We refinished the origional wood floors in the upstairs rooms, reopened the building's skylights, and upgraded the electrical wiring and exhibit lighting. |
