Typically tours last 45 minutes to an hour and include a “hands-on” bucket brigade, cranking the siren, and watching a demonstration of a fire alarm system as a bell rings and a ticker tape notifies the station of an alarm. If you have a scout group, see our special scout group page with ideas about how to relate our tours to your age and Arrangements can be made to combine your visit to the museum with a tour of the Aurora Fire Department headquarters located next door, Discount rates and flexible hours are available for groups of ten or more.	Children and adults have been touring the building at 53 N. Broadway since 1894, first when it was the Central Fire Station, and now as the Aurora Regional Fire Museum. 		Building Rentals Whether it is a kid's firehouse themed birthday or a corporate meeting in our spacious "Hayloft" theater, the Aurora Regional Fire Museum can accommodate your special group.
			The “Hayloft Theater” features tiered seating for fifty, and audio-visual equipment (video projector, stereo sound, DVD and VHS players, and computer hookups, and wireless internet).
