The Aurora Regional Fire Museum partners with DobroSKILLS CPR & Basic Life Support Training to bring American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED classes to Aurora, Illinois.
DID YOU KNOW that a person in cardiac arrest survival chances decreases by 10% for every minute that immediate CPR and use of an AED is delayed. Immediate CPR can triple the chance of survival.

Classes Open to the Public
Public American Red Cross certification classes are hosted at the museum in the Hayloft Theater and Charles and Georgia Goodwin Aurora Room. Delivered through a flexible Blended Learning format—combining online coursework with hands-on, in-person skills evaluation—DobroSKILLS delivers essential safety training for your team that satisfies OSHA and Illinois DCFS requirements

Practical Fire and Life Safety Skills & Pathways in Museums is an innovative youth education program for high school students that combines life-saving emergency preparedness training with career exploration. This free program is available to students attending high school in the local community in collaboration with Aurora Regional Fire Museum, DobroSKILLS CPR and a Grant from the Dunham Foundation
Hands-Only CPR
Throughout the year the Aurora Regional Fire Museum host events, special programs, or free days that include the opportunity to learn hands-only CPR with DobroSKILLS CPR & Basic Life Support Training. Registration for these 30 minute trainings will become available as the event come up.
